Operational tempo

One day, three phases, two synchronized tracks. All times are Pacific. Track 1 and Track 2 share the opening, lunch, and the joint hotwash.

Event timeline

    Connectivity Verification & Range Credential Issuance

    Check in, validate VPN and SSH access, and receive pod credentials. Executive participants are seated and receive briefing packets.

    Opening Briefing

    White Cell rules of engagement, scoring overview, and ground truth introduction for the scenario and the fictional organizations each pod represents.

  3. –

    Phase I — Audit & Harden

    Telemetry baselining, asset inventory, and vulnerability remediation inside each pod before adversary operations begin.

  4. –

    Catered Working Lunch & Distinguished Visitor (DV) Walkthrough

    Guided tour of the range floor and executive room for invited leaders and sponsors.

  5. –

    Phase II — Live-Fire Defense & Synchronized Executive Decision Simulation

    TRACK 1APT-916 operations go live. Detect, contain, and evict while holding service SLAs.

    TRACK 2Telemetry-driven injects: disclosure decisions, media pressure, and continuity calls.

    Phase III — Joint Red/Blue/Exec Hotwash

    After-action review (AAR) debrief across all teams, scoring announcement, and CPE certificate issuance.

    Off-site Community Social

    Informal networking for participants, partners, and sponsors. Location shared with registered attendees.
